Welcome to my research group's website!

My group develops foundational mathematics, statistics, algorithms and software to solve problems at the intersection of uncertainty and computing with applications to statistics, data science, and artificial intelligence. On the one hand, we leverage uncertainty to develop scalable algorithms to address computational problems. On the other hand, we develop practical algorithms to tackle computational problems with inherent uncertainty. In both cases, we focus on providing mathematical guarantees of behavior and performance under realistic conditions.
